AYG Torch Relay @ TK
-it rained
After school, it was BROMANCE. Johnny, Phillip and I went over to Astons for lunch. My second time at Astons. Somehow I still prefer Macdonald and food court type of burger. hehe :D
TK is the last stop for the torch relay on the route of "Respect". All gotta stay back and wait for the torch to arrive and... it rained. SO SAD. Games were organised and TKG came too. :D:D
I was so obsessed with this hemisphere thingy. Hehe :)

GUIDES CARNIVAL

TK Girl guides :D
Safety precautions for H1N1 were excellent. Everyone had to register before entering, so in case if anyone who enters is sick, it will be easy to identify guests and QUARANTINE everyone. TK guides who reported for shirt also had to take temperature. OMG.
"Excuse me. Where is the Guides carnival?"
The first question I askied Miss Razie when I entered.
It was really crowded. Almost going to leave but Gloria came along...
Feeling really uncomfortable in my stomach after eating all the snacks and everything. So, I decided to skip lunch and look at Mister Alvin have his MACDONALD meal.
I'm such a great photographer. I can make him SMILE.
I didn't scream.

Today, it's my birthday and I recived a signed vintage Beatles' album from my wife. Awesome right? It's the same album some jerk way over-bidded me for on eBay. That jerk was my wife, using my credit card. FML.
Today, my brother and I were going to give our parents their anniversay gift which costs us over $3000. That gift was a trip to London in August to see a show on Michael Jackson's comeback tour. FML.

I've watched the show! Watched with ShaoWei at Vivo. :D We thought we saw Franco, but it was actually his twin brother! Omg. How cool is that. Met Alfreda too :D
Anyway. About the show. Not much horror element inside, but there were lots of shocking scenes. It actually scare me quite a lot. Haha. However, thinking back about the show, it seems funny, all the SCARY parts are like senseless and comedic.

-The Last Kampong
Started our Project Work in the morning. We met at 1o and had our breakfast at Macdonalds and also discussed on the interview questions and how to film when someone is being interviewed.
Thats the group shot. Alvin's suppose to crop my face and photoshop it to make it a complete group shot. :D
We were so afraid of the kampong dogs there. They are like monsters, so scary...
Don't you think the Kampong is just so beautiful? I'm starting to love the place, especially with all the trees and plants around. It's like SO COOL~

While interviewing the malay lady, the lady owner walked past us. I knew how the land owner looks like long before whie doing a research on the Kampong. I was thrilled upon seeing her, as if she was a superstar. Thankfully we manged to interview her as well to get to know more about the Kampong. She's really a nice woman and had taught us many life lessons.
I'm so tired now.

Christian Lacroix Exhibition
@ the Singapore Art Museum
It's so difficult finding someone who shares the same interst as me and would LOVE to visit the exhibition by the GREAT Christian Lacroix. The exhibition is closing tomorrow and I've got no choice but to force my sister to go with me....
From what I know...
Christian Lacroix is French.
He is a costume designer, fashion designer.
He had designed costumes for many plays and musicals.
This exhibit is the FIRST in Asia. :D:D
The opening show at Audi Fashion Festival'09 by Christian Lacroix costs $500 per ticket. OMG.
"Couture dresses should be perfect at close range.
Ready-to-wear should be concete and practical.
Fashion should be a matter of look, everyday life and current atmosphere."

This few sentences really caught my attention.
As technology impoves and advances, the great designer also never keep himself out of date. Sketches 20 years ago were on paper by paint and now his sketches are all digital. How cool is that. :D
I simply just love all his sketches :)

PW trip to Dalian, China is canceled due to H1N1. We had to do our project work in Singapore and we decided to do a video on the last kampong of Singapore :D
We needed to show the difference between the city side Singapore and the kampong side of Sinagpore. So, we acted like tourists for awhile around city :D

Seems like Esther is a better photographer than me. OH! Every tourist there is doing what I'm doing in the pic above :D
Lunch at Seoul Garden for 2hours. Ahem. Fat.
Continued our PW with a trip down to the LAST KAMPONG IN SINGAPORE. Ahem Ahem. Not telling you where is it. Feeling bloated after the meal, we took train and walked for 3.81km!!So many mosquitoes there and we were almost bitten by stray dogs :( ARGH.
We played with the circle line!! Nothing fun leh. Haha.
Esther said I look like a mannequin.
