1st day of the Hungry Ghost Festival...

Ghostly encounters today...
#1. I saw WeiYing. (the Ghost)
#2. WeiFang called me a ghost for no reason.
#3. I met Dionis on the way home. She has got long scary re-bonded hair -.-

Anyway. Today it's the start of the Hungry Ghost Festival or also known as the Seventh Month on the Lunar Calendar. It's is believe that for the whole of this 7th month, the hungry ghosts will be let out from i-don't-know-where. Seventh month also means that we will see more offerings to the hungry ghosts (i suppose) on the streets, more getai, more big red buckets of food given out by companies and organizations.

5 things to take note of during this period.
#1. Not to stay out late at night.
#2. Best not to swim in open sea.
#3. Do not crap around when you see offerings made on the street.
#4. Don't step on grass.
#5. Not to sit on the first row of the getai.

I've easily listed down 5 points to take note of during this month. It's better not to say things like "I'm not superstitious.", who knows? It can be really scary. For more info: ASK YOUR PARENTS! ASK YOUR GRANDPARENTS! I bet they know :D
