RETARDED.
It's such a cool word to use and retarded sounds so cute. I've been using it on someone recently. Anyway, RETARDED means to be backward, handicapped, disabled.
Let's stop using the word retarded now. I don't want to see my friends being handicapped, disabled or even backward. I'm so nice~ We shall use friendlier words such as DUMB! :D
